PHAD's executive offices and advisory board are filled with professionals experienced in the areas of Advertising, Telephony, Talent Management, Database Management, Process Management, Operational Execution, Financial Management, and Sales. Our team consists of industry leaders holding multiple patents, operating businesses from start-up through sale.

S. Neil Flax
President and CEO

Neil earned his MBA from University of San Diego and his Bachelors degree from University of Maryland.  Steve's professional background involves 18 years of business consulting and development focused in the Human Resources arena. 

Neil has extensive experience in procurement and deployment of talent, organizational development and aligning team competency development with company goals.

Tom Unfreed
Vice President and COO

Tom earned his Bachelors degree in Management, Major in Marketing from Rutgers University. Tom's background includes 20 years of operational and logistical experience.

Tom brings extensive experience in project management, quality management and streamlining operations.  His area of expertise is analyzing business operations and improving processes.

Scott Kurtz
Director - Technical Consultant

Scott earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and his MS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.  Scott has had a 24-year career in the telecommunications industry, beginning at RCA Corporation's Government Communications Systems Division. Scott moved on to InterDigital Communications Corporation Inc. where he was instrumental in developing the first digital wireless local loop telephone system which was the precursor to today's digital cellular telephone systems.

Currently Scott is Vice President for Adaptive Digital Corporation. Scott holds fourteen patents.

Christian M. Benedetto, Jr.
Partner - Business Development Consultant

Born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey, Christian is a certified world traveler, having visited over 70 countries (and still counting). Christian is PHAD Communications' resident "big idea guy."

Armed with BS in Financial Services and Philosophy, Christian enlisted in the United States Marne Corp in the late 1980s, serving in the Infantry in the First Gulf War. While in the Marines he received Graduate degrees in both Finance and Computer Information Systems Management. Christian re-entered the civilian word as a sales agent in commercial real estate. Within three years he was co-founder of what has become the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in the largest city of the most densely populated State (Newark, NJ for all of you geography and Jeopardy buffs).

A serial entrepreneur, Christian refined his focus over the past several years to concentrate on businesses that provide an outlet for his creative passions. Christian has launched and acquired significant stakes of several communications, media and internet companies. Additionally, Christian is partners in a commercial real estate brokerage, title insurance firms, a wildly popular social networking website, an executive search and placement firm, and a private equity fund.

Brett R. Levy
Advertising & Marketing Consultant

Brett brings years of experience from an extremely wide range of advertising specialties: print, video production, web development, graphic design, corporate branding, and marketing strategy. His work and porfolio span companies of all shapes and sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations.

His creative work includes a wide variety of companies and brands, including: NFL Films, Disney, Melitta Coffee, MGM Grand-Mirage, EMI-Capitol Interactive, Nike, MTV, Viacom, the Hair O' the Dog, Ultimate Learning, and ESPN.

Dan Cronin
Partner - IT and Data Management Consultant

After graduating from Dusquene University, Dan began a decades long professional relationship in the telecommunications industry with longtime friend, Rob Molinaro. Their partnership led to the start and rapid growth of Chours Communications. In the 16 years since the inception of Chorus, the company has grown into one of the most successful telecom and technology consulting firms on the East Coast.

Dan's passion for data management and new technological breakthoughs have given PHAD the ability to stay on the cutting edge of the industry in finding the best and most cost effective technologies to provide the best overall product and experience for both our callers and our advertisers.

Robert Molinaro
Partner - Telephony Service Consultant

Rob, in partnership with Dan Cronin, has spent better part of the past two decades using his sales, marketing and management expertise to grow a start-up telecommunications consulting firm into one of Philadelphia's leading players in the telecom fields.

From a foundation that includes an extensive list of clients both large and small, Rob has gained a full range of knowledge and connections in the telecom industry that has proven invaluable to PHAD.
